4 days after transferring the money for a watch The order got cancelled because the watch was “out of stock??” Unprofessional and wont recommend this seller. Chromo24 was helpful and refunded the money but this was a time sensitive purchase and Im not sure how the seller can advertise watches that they do not actually possess.

None of the appropriate documents where filled out when the watch was sent to the United States causing a delay in receiving the item, because of the delay I also accrued additional chathese due to the delay caused by the senders lack of documents to import, when it came time to fill out the documents the sender continued to send the documents incorrectly to get the issue resolved I had to call the shipper every day for a week resubmitting the paperwork myself. The watch itself works well and was describing well however communication and ease of purchase where definitely upsetting to me, I would not recommend purchasing from this dealer if you are outside of Japan.
