Purchased the watch ,whilst paying through my bank and verifying the transaction, received an email to say do not pay as watch had been sold some days prior. But the payment had gone through however Aurdrey at cool watch co did apologize for the mistake and did not accept the payment, but stil a worry . Money now back in my bank

The watch was sold on Chrono24 the day before, payment was verifying for the other buyer by the platform while the system still automatically accepted your order. As a new sign up to Chrono24, I was pretty wary of which sellers I could trust. The reviews and ratings are super important to look at before you make a decision on who to select. I chanced upon Cool Watch Co and started a conversation with Audrey. Her replies were prompt and friendly and she is always ready to answer any questions I may have. My Datejust 41 arrived in less than a week! The first thing I did after receiving the watch was to visit the Rolex Service Centre. They confirmed that the watch was authentic and there were no issues with the watch. In a nutshell, Cool Watch Co is a dealer you can and you should trust.
