The reason I gave a three star for shipping, was I had a VERY BAD experience with UPS Bahamas, which was no fault of the SELLER. Seller got the package shipped very quickly, Thanks!!! I will recommend the SELLER to very one.

Aller verlief gut es gab leider nur ein Problem mit dem Versanddienstleister dafür kann aber der Händler nichts, der Artikel war wie beschrieben im exzellenten Zustand es gab jedoch Abweichungen die verkraftbar waren was das Ziffernblatt betrifft (Perlmutt) und es nur in bestimmten Winkeln dem Produktbild entsprichten bzw. die Erwartung sogar übertrifft der Kontakt mit dem Händler war vergleichsweise überschaubar und eher mäßig die Antworten waren immer freundlich jedoch oftmals eher „unzuvorkommend“ überspitzt gesagt auf Nachfrage nach nochmehr Bilder hat sich nichts ergeben und man wurde abgewimmelt und die Antwortzeiten variieren bin 1 min bis hin zu 10 std vermutlich auch wegen der Zeitverschiebung von Deutschland und den USA alles in allem lässt sich sagen das ich eine super Erfahrung hatte mit dem Händler und auch in Zukunft Uhren bei dem Händler laufe im übrigen Achtung 19% mwst !!! I appreciated the sales associate Face Timing with me to show me the watch. It arrived via UPS within two days. However, upon arrival, I noticed that the GMT hand was off by two hours. I contacted the seller and they sent me a return label. However, when I called several days later to make sure they had received it, they had not. After some investigation, we learned that they sent me the wrong return label information. Once that was resolved, they received the watch and repairs it quickly and retuned it to me, even though I was at a different address for thr Holidays.

Very easy to do business with SwissWatchExpo, very pleasant and knowledgeable folks, shipping was very quick. My one piece of feedback is to advise this dealer to commit to their stated practice of servicing watches prior to listing. A commitment to service typically allows a buyer to be able to learn the date of last service and what that service entailed -- details that were not included in the sale, and that I was unable to obtain, either over email or telephone. Without a service record, any service that may have been performed carries far less weight, and naturally affects resale value.

Only problem that I had is that the watch was listed as having box and papers but was actually missing some papers.

Watch looked better then the pictures. The packaging and the steps they took to insure it would not be damaged during the shipping was fantastic. Definitely had the best communication I’ve ever experienced for a luxury dealer but they’re still a luxury dealer so commission could be better. I would recommend calling them if you can. If you do that they’re communication is 10/10.
