The seller offered the watch as new (brand new, without any signs of wear), but the watch that came to me has a lot of scratches and very visible signs of wear. I asked for compensation, which the seller only partially acknowledged.

Es tut uns leid, das die Uhr Kratzer hatte. Es handelt sich bei uns um neue Uhren. Leider sind die Kratzer bei der Ausgangskontrolle übersehen worden, was nicht vorkommen sollte. Wir haben eine Rücksendung oder eine Entschädigung angeboten. Wir wünschen ihnen trotzdem viel Freude mit der Uhr.
