They had a watch with papers listed for sale. Looked right. I go through the purchase process and they write me saying “the movement doesn’t match the paperwork “. I asked for clarification and they write back that they aren’t sure if they have the papers. WTF. They are either completely disorganized or not very bright

We store watches in a Safe Deposit Box for security, we informed the buyer we needed to collect the watch and then match the correct paperwork to the watch. He then just cancelled the order and said 'let me know when done and I will buy it again'!!!!!!!! We were very open with communication with the buyer right from the start, even when we did not need to be. We now have the watch and paperwork here read to ship as agreed.
